Hi.. Can you help me with this matter? I placed my orders last November ** and **. Until this day, the parcels are still on processing. I message the seller (Lucky King) and they said that the fault is not on them but on Lazada. They also said that the parcels are packed so many days and they are waiting for Lazada to collect the item but Lazada is not going to pick it up. So they asked me to help them out with this issue by contacting you because there are so much item on their warehouse that are pending beacause you are not collecting*picking the order. Also they said that there are lots of orders that are already expired. Please make a way and solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you!
