Request for replacement of * items under order **************** is done with thevonline request form and was provided what i believe is the needed return authorization..RA CODE..RN***************. LBC refused to accept the package as there was no tracking number provided. I have not received the return label as mentionef in the return procedures and i have only * days from delivery date Nov *. Chat is not live and offered no solution. I need to get my return label with the tracking number and return number or return authorization number ASAP.
GetHuman-cielo_az did not yet indicate what Lazada should do to make this right.
