Establish my new account and start up using Family Premium LastPass. ... I had an account months ago that I cancelled. I now wish to try premium service but don't remember the password. When I try to recover the password I get a message that something is wrong (it dosn't say what). The same thing happens when I try account recovery.
I can't either change the original password or go through account recovery without getting a message that something (unspecified) is wrong and being stuck on that page in the sign-in procedure
Someone helping me walk through the (create new) * (log in to old) account.
I am looking on myself as a new customer but the process has labeled me as a former customer who is still part of the base.
Only as far as the online (forgot password) or (account recovery) procedures led me.
