Dear sir*madam*Kindly inform you i had booked refrigerator from Reliance Digital Vashi.*I staying at Koparkhairane, New Mumbai. Received delivery in manufacturer damaged(dent) product & cross from both back side.*regarding this i am continue following up with Reliance Digital, LG Customer Care & LG Service Center from last ** days. There is a very bad response from LG Service Center.**LG Complaint Number RNP-**************Attached bill & damaged refrigerator's images for your reference. If there is no response i will stop first EMI & i do not want to use such damaged piece. Also note my first EMI will be on *th Dec. ****.**Now i am requesting you to kindly arrange for exchange or take back return. **Thanks & Regards*Mr. Vijay R.
