I was at Findlay Ohio Kroger today. Bought ***.** worth of groceries . Paid for them with a check. The cashier rang it wrong. Then told me I needed to go to customer service to redo everything! I stood ** mins to wait and let two girls try to do this. My food was cold that was hot and the cold was warm. I had an appointment to be at. I couldn't believe how they just said sorry for your inconvenience A third of the food was ruined. And ended up I shouldn't have ended up redoing anything! I think the I'm sorry for your inconvenience that got me. Not even make right my groceries. I've been shopping Kroger many many years and thought better of this store.
