Well, *st I ordered online. Monday I went by the store in Frederick Md and picked up a few things. While I was there I saw a Homedics Quad Action Shiatsu neck*shoulder massager. I looked everywhere but I couldn't find a price or sign anywhere. That was not why I was there so I decided to take a picture and check it out online when I got home. I checked online and couldn't find it so I decided to called the store at *:**pm and ask a simple question of "How much it is." I called and choose option * for shoes because it is right at the end of the shoe department. I patiently sat on hold for a little over * minutes before my call was answered. She then informed me I had the wrong Department and placed me back on hold. ** minutes later a lady in housewares answered, I expressed that I had been on hold for over ** minutes, please don't hang up I have a simple question. I gave her the information she asked me to hold once again. I was placed on hold. So at ** minutes into this call*holding a gentleman by the name of Nickbbn in Shoes answered the phone. I again expressed that I have now been on this call for ** minutes. He wasn't even answering because he had a call, he saw someone was on hold an answered to help. He went and got me a price and I thanked him for helping answer my simple question that no one else cared, bothered or even tried to help me.
