I updated my billing address when I placed my order early this morning. The system sent me an email but I didn't read it until a couple of hours later where I saw that it was being shipped to an address I haven't lived at in six years. I called customer service but they told me that I should receive a tracking number within one hour of my order. It has been six hours since I placed my order and the csr rep gave me snippy attitude because I said that me reaching out to the carrier wasn't an option and that isn't an answer because there is no carrier listed! There is no tracking number and nobody is there to do anything. I was on hold for the better part of an hour just to talk to a supervisor who called me ma'am several times and said he was sorry there was nothing he could do but try to get a tracking number expidited for me. It's ridiculous that a company of this size has a system in place that once you place your order you can't update the address AND you can't canel the order and replace the order even though it's in "fulfillment" and not even shipped yet. I know I am not the first person to complain because as I was looking up what to do in this situation. The fulfillment center is part of your own company. You should be ashamed of how unhelpful your own company is with internal processes.
