I placed an order online with Kmart and I received double of the items. I went and checked my email and sure enough, there are two order confirmations. Salescheck ****************, & Salescheck ****************. One of them shows my points redeemed as I had chosen and the other charges the full amount to my Sears Card. I only placed one order! I went and tried to return the duplicate items to a Kmart store this evening but the one return slip that came with the items doesnt even have a bar code on it and customer service said they cannot look anything up and to contact you.
GetHuman-janetsco did not yet indicate what Kmart should do to make this right.
