- Go to kmart.com and click on the sign-in link at the upper right-hand corner, next to the shopping card symbol.
- Click on the Forgot Password option beneath the password field. Type in the email address you used to register for a Kmart account.
- Remember to verify you're not a robot by checking the box and completing the captcha.
- If you get the captcha wrong, you'll be given a second one.
- Click continue, this will send a link to your email ID. Click the Reset Password link within the email and create your new password. Click on Save Password.
To update your password or other account details, the following steps are best.
- Go to kmart.com and sign into your account.
- Either hover over or click on the account icon, then select Your Account.
- Choose the Manage my Account option, located to the left of the Points Redemption Center.
- From here, you can view your account information and update any needed details.
