On March ** our flight to Lima was delayed * hours so I missed the connection to Santiago. Several kiwi passengers with the same problem received free boarding passes for the *:** am sky airlines flight and I had to pay a penalty of $*** for the same flight. Why was I not sent a free boarding pass and why did I have to pay a penalty when our connecting flight left before we arrived in Lima. By the time I saw your options my bags had been sent on to Lima and I was on the flight as well. I feel it is unfair that some passengers received a free flight but I did not.
