Hello, I booked my flight with kiwi.com a month ago as usual ** hours before I tried to insert my passport details but the app and also the website told me that my booking reference wasn’t correct so I decided to wait ** hours before to tried again but then I receive an email where says that I was out of time to do my check-in online and that I should do the check-in once in the airport with a highly risk to pay an extra fee from the company (Ryanair).*Now because I tried to do my check-in online with the right time (** hours early ) I would like to complete my check-in online NOW.
