My name is Malika Tajieva, I bought * tickets from Kiwi.com around * month ago from Milan (MXP) to Portugal (OPO) for RyanAir airline. I'm very satisfied with your service. *In * week after my purchase, we decided to take my son with ourselves, so we couldn't find tickets from Kiwi.com and bought it directly from RyanAir website. But my son wasn't allowed to fly yesterday (**.**.****), because his ticket was bought separate from our, as he is * years old, he couldn't fly alone without accompany of other person*parents. I left alone with my son in the Malpensa Airport, however all documents were correct, tickets were in my hands. The problem is that we didn't point an adult which fly with my little son. So, we bought tickets to Porto (OPO) again, but we want to use my son's ticket from RyanAir when we fly back to Milan from Portugal (OPO), but for it we need to provide some details to RyanAir. They are asking me about an email, which Kiwi.com used to buy our tickets from official RyanAir page and reference number of the tickets. *I have reference number of the ticket, can you provide me with an email, which Kiwi.com used to get tickets from RyanAir. *Thank you very much. *I really appreciate your help. *I don't have money to buy new ticket, want to use that one, which I already bought.
