You are a terrible company and you don’t care!!! My daughter had her flight delayed ** hours tomorrow so she would miss her connection. It’s been * hours tonight and still no resolution from you. Oh you say you can’t change her to the flight she needs and she has the info in front of her!!! You have to pass it along to some other employee who will eventually call back in a few hours maybe!!!! And when she asks for a supervisor you say there’s not one available!!! Wow! Really?!!!! Will NEVER use Kiwi again!! Also I will pass this on to all I know!!! This shouldn’t be such a big deal-changing a flight!!! Terrible!!! No one can do this simple change!!!
