i booked the flight from LIS to MXP, departure on *:**pm Tue * Sep. (landing *:**am Wed * Sep). Few hours later, i got confirmed email from kiwi and i also got e-ticket. However another few hours later, i got email like "we have not been able to process your booking and the charge has been refunded" BUT! when i logged in your website and checked my booking ticket, it says "confirmed" SO is my ticket available or not??? plz reply quickly so i can do something.
GetHuman-ymkim did not yet indicate what Kiwi.com should do to make this right.
