When i was booking a flight, my credit card got declined, so I called my bank to proceed with the purchase, I sent an email to Kiwi.com with the email from my bank where it stated that i had made the payment, because their website didn't give me any informtation about the flight.**The flight is on September *st, so i really need a response from them as quick as posible, it's been four days since i sent an email to them requesting for more information or to get the ticket to me, and i still haven't heard from them yet. I would like to have someone update in the situation as soon as posible.
