Booked a flight through you all for Frontier Airlines. They sent * texts throughout the day stating that the flight was delayed with later and later times. It was not until we arrived at the airport and saw the departures that we learned the flight was cancelled. Others arriving later had the same problem. Please let us know if we did the correct thing by filing with Frontier for a refund. Thank you. PS-according to a baggage handlers and more traveled passengers, this is a frequent occurrence with this company. You may not want to continue doing business with them. Their lack of candor was a bigger problem than the flight delay*cancellation.
GetHuman-clarkmk did not yet indicate what Kiwi.com should do to make this right.
