To whom it may concern, * I had my necklace returned to me today. Normally I am not the complaining type. But I would think you would appreciate to know the quality of work the customers are receiving at some locations. I wasn't able to attach the image so I had to create it as a link. This is my **k gold chain. I was charged **$ for this. This is horrible and would hope this is made right but it needs to be looked into for future customers regardless. Thank you.
