This company is far too successful and modern to have such an archaic website. It was impossible to navigate and took me over two hours to get through the process. I was awarded a $** coupon which should cover nearly the whole cost of a pack of * pods. I assumed it would be worth the hassle and I’d get automatic reshipmnet. In the end I was going to be charged $** total, after free shipping. How? I’d also have to be home when they are delivered otherwise I’d have to go to the post office which is further than the head shop. The whole endeavor would cost me more time and more money. **To summarize: I love this product but this website is intolerable. This is unacceptable.
