hi, my name is mike. i have a juul and i had just recently bought pods for it. however, the pods i had just bought won’t turn my juul’s light on when i insert it. but i had an empty pod from before and the light worked just fine. i have no idea if it’s my juul or the pods itself, but my juul has been very finicky as of lately. i have the serial number and everything for it. is there any shot i can get a different pack of pods or a brand new juul if i ship the pack or juul itself back over to you guys? i’ve already lost an entire pod trying to transfer the juice from my new pod to my old empty one and there’s no luck.
