Hello! So the past *x I've bought pods they have all come defective. I absolutely love your products but I'm at the point were I don't know if I can trust to buy more as I've already wasted about $** on pods in a row. I've bought * packs (* pods total) of citrus and * pack (* pods) of watermelon that has all been defective. I was wondering if there is any way I could get refunded for what I've spent or if I'd be able to get replacements as I really do love it just can't afford to keep buying pods that end up not working. Thank you so much.
