Hi, I purchased a Juul and it didn’t work, no light, no vapor, I registered the Juul immediately after opening and received a confirmation that the warranty was valid and I entered my shipping info, it said I would receive a new Juul in *-* days. After the *th business day I did a chat with Juul to see if it was shipped and they said I didn’t enter my shipping address in which I know I did as I have to be careful with my address because I have delivery issues. Anyway they said to go back in and add my address but I am convieniently locked out and it won’t allow me to get through to CSU. What do I do.
