I bought a juul around * months ago and its like its completely died. It will not charge it will not light up and it won't hit (since even with inserting a pod it still doesn’t light up). Is there anything that can be done? Am I able to get sent another juul? the “code” on mine is KW*TCH*T. Thank you please let me know Im in love with juul and am upset that mine has died.
