I made a flight reservation through JustFly for a round trip to the Philippines for two people from April 23rd to May 11th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue at the San Francisco Airport due to an expired PCR test, causing us to miss all connecting flights. We took responsibility for the oversight and purchased new tickets with a penalty fee totaling $3,[redacted].60 USD, including taxes, through Edward Sr., the Ticketing Executive. When we returned on May 11th, [redacted], we faced a stressful situation at the Manila airport as PAL did not allow check-in due to the ticket sequence error, which was resolved by paying a penalty fee we already settled with Edward. Despite Edward's assurance of reimbursing the $1,[redacted].00 penalty fee, it has not been refunded to my Discover credit card as of now. I have been in touch with Edward, who previously mentioned the refund would reflect in 24 hours, but the amount has not been returned. The Booking Reference is 49AAHJ.

I noticed a misspelling in my name on the reservation, so I completed JustFly's name change form. They issued a new confirmation # and Eticket number without notifying me. After waiting for hours to reach a JustFly rep, I finally got the updated details and managed to check in for the flight. If JustFly had communicated the new confirmation # and Eticket number when they fixed the name, it would have saved me a lot of trouble.

I bought a roundtrip ticket from Dallas, TX to Manila, Philippines on April 27, [redacted]. The flight from Dallas to Los Angeles was with American Airlines and from Los Angeles to Manila with Philippines Airlines. Unfortunately, Philippines Airlines cancelled the flight, and my travel dates are fixed. They assured me of a full refund. However, when I contacted JustFly, they falsely claimed that American Airlines cancelled the flight. I have no intention of rescheduling this trip given the time constraints. I have been informed by both American and Philippines Airlines that I should receive a full refund. I feel deceived by JustFly, who seem unwilling to provide refunds under any circumstances. I am determined to pursue this matter until I receive the complete refund for the tickets I purchased.

I made a reservation for a flight to the Philippines in March. Recently, I discovered that my reservation has been canceled, and I have been informed that a new one can be arranged but at a higher cost. Unfortunately, I am not able to afford a more expensive ticket. I am trying to book online in advance to find the best deal. On December 5th, I, Rhonda J., attempted to book a flight from Brisbane, Australia to Mackay, Australia. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with my bank that led to the airfare being declined three times. Surprisingly, your company proceeded to charge my account $22.17 for each failed transaction. At no point was I informed that such charges would apply, and even after explaining the situation, your employee insisted on further payment attempts. I find these unexpected charges of $22.17 to be excessive and unfair. I request a refund for these charges promptly, as I did not authorize these deductions nor was I made aware of them beforehand. Hello, I wanted to share my experience with justfly. During my vacation in Colombia, my girlfriend faced issues at the airport in Punta Cana on December 5. Even though she had all the necessary documents, she was denied boarding. The Copa Airlines staff overlooked her name on the flight from Cartagena to Punta Cana on December 11. As a result, I am now in Colombia on my own. I am disappointed with how this situation has affected my vacation and caused financial losses. I purchased a business class seat but was given a basic economy seat instead, despite also paying for seat selection. I am seeking a full refund due to this error. Booking number: [redacted] Philippine Airlines booking reference: 2XTEVR During check-in, the airline only showed receiving $1,[redacted] per person, totaling $3,[redacted].60, which is different from my initial payment. I missed my flight because Delta provided the wrong gate number during check-in. I am now unsure of what steps to take since my luggage is already in LA. Unfortunately, Delta is refusing to rebook my flight due to the ticket not being purchased directly through them. I have been trying to reach your hotline but have experienced great difficulty in getting through. I was told that an agent would be with me shortly, but after 40 minutes, I am still waiting. Please assist me in rebooking my flight from Denver to Los Angeles and then to the Philippines. This vacation has cost me a significant amount of money, and I am sincerely pleading for your help. 😢😢

I am currently facing a situation where my 92-year-old father's health has declined, and he requires my immediate care. He is under Hospice care, and I am reaching out for assistance during this difficult time. My wife and I have booked flights through Justfly.com from Kansas City to Indonesia (Booking Numbers: [redacted] and [redacted]). I received notice from Spirit that my flight with confirmation Number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] (PWWUXE) was cancelled. Spirit issued a refund of $[redacted].59 to the Visa card ending in [redacted], which belongs to JustFly, not me. I did not use my card for this booking, and I am now seeking a refund to my own card. I require assistance to ensure I receive the refund owed to me.

My name is Maria, and I booked a flight on December 22 from El Salvador (SAL) to YYZ. The ticket I purchased from JustFly clearly stated I had the right to 2 checked bags and a carry-on. When I went to check in at Avianca Airlines, they claimed JustFly was falsely advertising and insisted I pay for all my luggage, costing me $[redacted].00. I couldn't bring my carry-on as they wanted to charge an additional $[redacted].00. I am very disappointed and upset, and I am requesting a refund for my flight with Avianca, flight [redacted], 36ZFKL from SAL to YYZ departing at 8:05 am and arriving at 1:55 pm on December 22nd.

I booked a flight through JustFly and received a confirmation email. However, I haven't received any further updates, and now the flight with Spirit Airlines cannot be found. I contacted Spirit's customer service, and they mentioned that even if the flight was canceled, it would still appear in their system, which is not the case. They advised me to contact JustFly. Unfortunately, JustFly's automated phone system keeps disconnecting my call before I can speak to anyone. As a result, I have two young men who might be stranded in Miami without a return flight.

Hello! I could use some assistance regarding baggage charges on our Air Canada flight change. Originally, we were entitled to two pieces of checked baggage per person. Due to flight modifications, we are now being asked to pay $75 for each additional bag after the first complimentary one. We, a family of five, had made reservations for round-trip flights from Boston to Dublin on 12/26/22, returning on 1/1/23, through JustFly on Aer Lingus. Unfortunately, before the flight departed, my husband experienced a medical emergency, leading us to leave the plane for a hospital visit, rendering us unable to proceed with the trip. Aer Lingus declines a refund or credit due to the booking being through JustFly, which states a no-refund policy. Nonetheless, we have submitted a claim to Chase, our card issuer offering travel interruption insurance. To finalize the claim, Chase requires a letter or email from JustFly confirming the denial of ticket refund, alongside our names and ticket details. JustFly has refused to cooperate, mentioning their inability to provide such documentation, even after multiple attempts to escalate the issue with higher-level agents. Frustrated with the lack of progress, I seek assistance on how to approach this matter promptly to avoid prolonging the resolution and the Chase claim process.

I recently booked a flight using my Capital One card. However, I received an email stating that my card was declined and I followed the instructions to accept the decline. I then booked another flight directly through American Airlines with a different credit card without any issues. Yet, I later received a confirmation email for the flight that was initially declined. Now, I have two separate flights booked but only need one. I have attached a photo of the email stating my card was declined. There are four charges on my Capital One card that I would like refunded: $[redacted].74, $[redacted].90 twice, and $84.78. Please assist me with resolving this situation promptly. I recently made a reservation with Qatar Airways through Justfly. I received an email from Qatar Airways this morning informing me that my flight has been canceled, and they have rebooked me on alternative flights that are not convenient for my family. I recently booked a flight through your website with Turkish Airlines. Unfortunately, I was unable to board the departing flight from JFK as Turkish Airlines closed all flights due to my inability to upload the COVID-19 app on my phone.
