I recently booked a flight for my granddaughter, which unfortunately had a misspelled first name. Initially, JustFly directed me to Condor to rectify the error. Despite providing all necessary information and even passport photos, JustFly claimed they couldn't amend the mistake. Surprisingly, they later quoted an exorbitant price of $[redacted] for the name change. Feeling misled, I opted to purchase a new ticket directly through Condor for the original $[redacted] fare. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of by JustFly, as they could have offered me a more reasonable solution from the start. I have escalated this matter to the BBB and the Washington Attorney General for further assistance. - Patrick M.

Hello, I have two concerns that I need assistance with. Firstly, I booked my ticket two days ago and have not received it yet. My school requires it urgently. Secondly, I am unable to edit my passport number on the booking. I attempted to contact customer service via phone, but the automated voice options do not cater to my specific issues. I booked a trip with Justfly for my wife and myself from DTW to MCO with a return on 4/1 on Spirit back to Detroit. The trip down was smooth, but I discovered an issue with the return trip. Only my name was confirmed, not my wife's. I contacted Justfly's customer support and spoke with multiple agents and a supervisor on 3/20 to rectify my wife's booking. Despite assurances of a response within 24 hours, it has been a week with no resolution. I am considering canceling the Spirit booking and finding an alternative return flight. I had purchased cancellation insurance for this trip. I am dissatisfied with the support from Justfly.

I encountered an issue with JustFly where they canceled my booking without prior notice, causing me significant inconvenience. Despite not receiving a cancellation email, I discovered the cancellation when attempting to check in through the airline's website. After reaching out to JustFly, I learned that a bank dispute had led to the ticket being voided and consequently unusable. Subsequently, I had to purchase a new ticket, incurring a charge of $1,[redacted]. Despite the bank confirming that the charge was under dispute, the process was unsuccessful, leaving me burdened with the expense of the unused ticket. I have been attempting to obtain documentation from JustFly acknowledging the cancellation and lack of refund, but my requests have been rebuffed, and my efforts to communicate via email have proven fruitless.

I urgently need assistance with my booking. I meticulously planned this trip eight months in advance and made the booking with Justfly on 03/28/23. Despite the time that has passed, which is now 03/30/23, I have not yet received my flight itinerary confirmation. This will be my first international trip, and Justfly informed me to trust that my tickets will be issued at least 24 hours before my departure. I am unsure of what this means. I have contacted them but have been unable to speak with a real person, and there is no email address provided for communication. I am feeling extremely anxious, not knowing what steps to take next. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I am having issues with my return flight reservation on Allegiant Air. The confirmation number provided by JustFly is not working on the Allegiant Air website. I am unable to purchase bags or confirm if my flight is real. When I try to access my reservation on the Allegiant Airlines site, it is not found. I have been unsuccessful in reaching a real person on either JustFly or Allegiantair.com. The JustFly booking number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. The Allegiant Air confirmation numbers given by JustFly are CLKN9Y and CLKN9V. Although the departing flight with Frontier is recognized, I am hesitant to travel to Omaha without confirmation of my return flight to Las Vegas.

My friend and I both purchased a flight with a cancellation policy. Unfortunately, she couldn't fly due to brain surgery, so I submitted a request for a refund on my credit card. RefundableMe emailed me confirming they received my request and that management is reviewing it, but I haven't received a response yet. How else can I contact them aside from email? Hello, my name is Maria C. . Peace. On March 28th, I purchased a round trip ticket for a trip from Atlanta to Bogota, Colombia departing on May 13th, [redacted]. The itinerary included a flight from Atlanta to Orlando with Spirit Airlines, followed by a connecting flight from Orlando to Bogota with the same airline. Today, when I called for a reconfirmation, I was informed that the booking is only for the flight from Atlanta to Orlando and not the connecting flight from Orlando to Bogota. I recently purchased three airline tickets through JustFly for a trip from Dallas to the Philippines on December 19th. However, upon arriving at LAX, we discovered that my husband's flight to the Philippines was not authorized. This error caused us to miss our flight, resulting in me losing the money spent on the tickets. We had to purchase three new tickets at double the original cost. I am seeking a refund for the ticket I initially bought, in addition to the extra expenses incurred due to this issue, including hotel accommodation in Los Angeles for two days with a disabled person.

I had a flight booked from Toronto to Lagos on May 1st to May 27th, which I had to cancel three weeks ago due to the passing of my mother on February 19th. I bought a ticket through Just Fly and added insurance. The airlines canceled the flights due to the pandemic. I contacted JustFly but got no help on getting a refund or voucher. I reached out to Turkish Airlines and Qatar Airways for the international flights. This week, I was told to contact the airlines, who directed me back to JustFly. JustFly says no refund is possible. I purchased a ticket for my mother for April 28, [redacted], with confirmation number XWFCFJ for Philippine Airlines flight PR [redacted]. JustFly Booking Number: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] Yesterday, I booked a flight from Toronto to London, then back to Toronto. I was told that the booking is still in progress and it might take up to 4 days to issue a ticket. As a frequent flyer, this is the first time I have experienced such a delay. Normally, I receive instant confirmation and my ticket within minutes. I selected this flight because it was available on your website. Could you please expedite the ticket issuance process as I need to make other arrangements such as hotel bookings and a tour in London? I am feeling uncertain without a confirmed ticket in my possession.

Six weeks ago, we received an email informing us of the cancellation of our Frontier flight. Despite having the option for a refund, because the reservation was made through your website, I did not select another flight with Frontier and cancelled with them directly. However, I am still receiving messages regarding the flight with Frontier. Upon contacting Just Fly, it was mentioned that I would receive a reduced refund due to your service fee. I am unsure if the reservation for 7 individuals with Frontier has been canceled or not. Despite receiving emails from your end about the reservation, I am not looking to book another flight. Kindly cancel the reservation and process the refund as soon as possible. This will allow us to reschedule our vacation by booking another flight. Please provide confirmation of the cancellation.

I have multiple reservations for the same trip, but one of them is not going to the right destination. I need assistance from a live representative as the automated options are not helping me resolve this issue. I have been attempting to reach out for over two hours now without success. I cannot walk long distances due to my age (74 years old). I would appreciate it if someone could call me to address this matter as trying to fix it has been incredibly frustrating. This level of customer service is disappointing, especially considering I have been a loyal customer in the past. This experience has been a nightmare.

I have a reservation for June 12, [redacted], from Cleveland to Denver. When checking the Frontier website, I noticed my reservation is for Flight [redacted], but originally I was booked for Flight 33. After receiving an email to change my flight and choosing one with a layover in Dallas, I am uncertain which flight my husband and I are now booked on. I bought two round-trip tickets to Portugal from justfly.com (confirmation # [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]). Two legs were supposed to be "Premium Economy," one on Iberia and one on British/American. However, the flight from Dallas (DFW) to Madrid (MAD) on Iberia [redacted] on 4/24/23 did not have those seats available. We were placed in Economy instead. Iberia advised us to seek a refund of the upcharge from Justfly. I am requesting a refund of the Premium Economy upcharge for just that leg of the journey for both tickets I bought. Hello, I, Karthik Murugan, had booked my flight with British Airways using booking ID [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and confirmation number 3LIS6P. My journey was supposed to start on May 27th from Belfast to Cochin. Unfortunately, my initial flight from Belfast was delayed, causing me to miss the connecting Vistara flight to Cochin. After speaking with British Airways customer service, they assured me they would book me on a new flight departing on May 28th at 16:00 from Heathrow. Upon arrival at the airport, Qatar Airways staff informed me that my flight had been rescheduled to the next day, May 29th, without any prior notification. I waited for three days without receiving any emails about this change. I would appreciate a refund for the ticket as I was unable to travel as per my original booking. Thank you.

Back in April, I bought a round trip ticket from Orlando to Puerto Rico but couldn't board due to overbooking. To purchase, I used a third-party service, Affirm. The transaction took me through Flight Hub, partnering with JustFly. I've reached out to Flight Hub, and they've approved the refund. However, Affirm is still charging me as JustFly hasn't informed them about the refund progress. I'm eager to get this sorted out promptly.
