I recently bought an eSIM card as an add-on with my flights, hoping to have access to it with a QR code. Unfortunately, upon landing in Rome yesterday, I couldn't get it to work. I spent hours searching for contact information to no avail. I even had an emergency situation where I needed my phone urgently. After trying to reach Orange unsuccessfully, I had to purchase a new eSIM. It would be appreciated if I could get a refund for the eSIM that didn't work as promised. Additionally, the one I purchased on the go was cheaper and worked immediately. I attempted to log in through the app as well, but still encountered issues.

I'm Sajjad Milan. I tried to book a flight from Las Vegas to Colombo on June 3rd using Justfly. Unfortunately, after entering my Visa card details ending in [redacted], the booking process was not completed, and I didn't receive a confirmation email. Despite this, $[redacted] was charged to my Visa card. My bank needs proof from the merchant that the booking failed to dispute the charge. I've tried contacting Justfly's customer hotline without success due to not having a booking ID. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I made a same-day booking through JustFly with Iberia for a flight from LAX to Lyon, France. Upon arrival, I was informed that my passport would expire in 3 months, preventing me from entering the country. The ticket counter attendant advised me not to check in to avoid issues with refunds. Despite this, when I contacted JustFly, I was put on hold for over 2 hours, causing me to miss my flight. JustFly then refused to refund me, citing me as a "no show." I contacted Iberia, who blamed JustFly for the no refund policy. JustFly, on the other hand, directed me back to Iberia. To my dismay, I discovered an extra charge of $[redacted] in my bank account. Despite numerous attempts to contact JustFly for clarification, I was met with long wait times and unhelpful responses. This experience has left me devastated, unsure of what steps to take next. Upon arriving at the airport for our first flight, we went to the check-in counter. Our bags were checked, but a United customer service representative changed our flights without explanation, citing their overbooking. Despite purchasing three first-class tickets, he assured us of new flights with first-class seats within an hour. However, upon reaching Chicago, we discovered this was untrue. We were put on standby without confirmed seats, let alone first-class. This led to a day-long wait, getting a hotel room without our luggage, and eventually flying coach - the worst scenario for my husband's back issues, causing him severe discomfort. Despite our efforts at the Chicago United customer service, they were unhelpful and lacked compassion. We had to settle for coach on a delayed flight, arriving home two days late, missing three bags, and paying for the hotel ourselves. Overall, the experience was disappointing and led to additional expenses and inconveniences.

I recently purchased two tickets on flights from Austin to Calgary and back through Justfly. During the booking process, I opted for "Cancellation Protection" for $31.81 per ticket. Shortly after, I received an email stating I was not covered and was offered a different policy for $29 per ticket. Concerned by negative reviews of Justfly, I purchased the new policy. I question why I was initially offered the "Cancellation Protection" if it wasn't valid. Upon researching, I learned about U.S. Department of Transportation regulations regarding cancellations and refunds. Additionally, I have been unable to reach Justfly's call center despite multiple attempts. I would appreciate a refund of $63.62 to my Mastercard account.

I recently made a booking for a return flight through justfly.com and now need to travel back to Houston, United States from Karachi. My return journey includes a layover in Heathrow, London, with the connecting flight to Houston via British Airways scheduled for July 12th. I require a transit visa for the UK to pass through London, which I am unable to obtain. I hold a valid US visa as my final destination is the United States.
However, Qatar Airways staff at Karachi Airport denied boarding for my flight to Doha due to the transit visa issue and advised me to rebook. They explained that for transit in London, the arrival and departure date should be the same or I should consider a direct flight from Doha to Houston to avoid the London layover.
I have attempted to rebook my flight on justfly.com without success. Can you assist me in rescheduling my return flight from Karachi (KHI) to Houston (IAH)? It is crucial for me to arrive in Houston promptly for the start of my university classes.

I have a flight booked to Atlanta on 20 Jun [redacted] with JUSTFLY. The first leg to Miami was with Avianca, and the next to Atlanta with American Airlines. JUSTFLY provided me with confirmation numbers for the flights to Atlanta and back to Cali. Yesterday, when I checked the AVIANCA site, the confirmation number was not valid. JUSTFLY then provided a different confirmation number, but AVIANCA couldn't find that one either. After contacting JUSTFLY about a blurred notification regarding a credit card issue, I found out that $[redacted].91 was debited from my account. I spent hours communicating with customer service and was eventually told they are investigating. If I don't get to Miami by 3:00PM on 18 July [redacted], I will lose the ticket price. I need to reach Miami for Avianca Flight 38. My reservation number with JUSTFLY is [redacted]91.

I bought a round-trip ticket from Just Fly on July 17, [redacted], for travel from Boston to Denver and back on October 5 and October 8. Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation email after purchasing, so I am unable to track my flight. The Just Fly website froze during booking, and I was unable to get the confirmation number. We were on a Volaris flight departing from GDL to San Jose Los Cabos, which was our connection to Seattle and then PDX. Regrettably, the gate closed early, causing us to miss our flight and disrupting our subsequent connecting flights organized by JustFly. Thankfully, Volaris Special Services rescheduled our San Jose Los Cabos flight for tonight at 8pm, free of charge due to their error. However, we were unexpectedly charged $[redacted].60 by AlaskaAirlines to rebook all new connecting flights because of the adjustments we had to make with Volaris. This was an unforeseen and unprofessional situation on the airline's part, and we are seeking a refund for the expenses incurred due to the airline's mistake.

My initial flight encountered a five-hour delay, resulting in a missed connection. Subsequently, the connecting flight also experienced a seven-hour delay. Consequently, I lost a total of 12 hours of my Bangkok vacation. I am seeking compensation for this disruption. In April, when I booked my flight for my upcoming trip in June, I was informed that my first set of suitcases would be complimentary. After paying for them and submitting the receipt as instructed, I was later informed that they only received one set of receipts. Even after confirming the information through the recording, the airline only offered a refund for one set of suitcases, which I find unfair. I have already sent the receipts but they claim to have received only one set. I now need guidance on where to send the second set of receipts to ensure I receive a full refund for both sets.

On August 31st, I tried to purchase 3 tickets from Copenhagen to Tehran using the Momondo app. I selected a Pegasus flight and was directed to the JustFly website within the app. I entered my personal details and bank card information to buy the ticket. After confirming the purchase, the ticket price was charged to my account. Instead of receiving my ticket, I was informed that the ticket price was higher than initially stated. I opted for another flight, but soon after, my bank alerted me that the original ticket amount was deducted from my account without issuing a ticket. I am concerned about the deducted amount and hope it will be refunded promptly if not used for the ticket purchase. I need the amount refunded promptly to book a new ticket.

We are facing a reimbursement problem with Justfly that has escalated due to our inability to get through to them.
On April 5, [redacted], a Justfly agent named Dexter Beck initially booked our flights to Seoul with United and two Korean airlines for May 2. Dexter, who is no longer with Justfly, later suggested canceling the reservation due to potential connection issues and rebooking with American Airlines, assuring us of a full reimbursement, which we agreed to. Despite Dexter's reassurances, we have not been reimbursed and have encountered difficulties communicating with Justfly.
After unsuccessful attempts to reach Justfly, our credit card company advised us to push Justfly to review recordings of our conversations with Dexter to confirm our reimbursement. Despite following up with Justfly, we are yet to receive the reimbursement.
Recently, our interactions with Justfly have been unproductive, with multiple hang-ups and long waits. We spoke to Mohammed, who showed willingness to assist, but we remain skeptical of a resolution. Our past few months have been consumed by this issue, with no progress in sight. Despite their ease of booking, Justfly's unresponsiveness to reimbursement queries seems intentional.

On August 21st, my mother, sister, and I attempted to book a WestJet flight from Vancouver to Ottawa. Despite our efforts, we were unsuccessful in booking the flight.
