How Do I Get a Refund from JustFly?
JustFly is a travel service that helps people find the best deals on flights, hotels, rental cars, and cruises. An unforeseen situation can wreak havoc on plans, resulting in needing to cancel or reschedule a JustFly booking. In most cases, JustFly bookings cannot be changed and are non-refundable unless stated in the order, or the booking meets a specific requirement in JustFly's terms and conditions.
JustFly offers a 'Risk-Free Booking' option that allows for customers to reschedule or refund their flights for a one-time fee upon purchasing a booking.
Refunding Flight Tickets
The ability to reschedule or receive a refund is based on each airline's terms of service. If your flight ticket is deemed non-refundable, you may still be eligible for a refund if the booking is canceled within 24-hours of the purchase. If you have received a refund from JustFly, you will still be charged the applicable cancellation fee stated in Section 14 of their terms and conditions.
Depending on the airline's policy, you may receive a refund in the form of a future travel credit that can be used to purchase future flight tickets with the same airline. These future travel credits are non-transferable, meaning they cannot be used for another person's flight.
Refunding Other Bookings
If you have made a booking using JustFly for things such as hotels, rental cars, or cruises, you will be subject to the refund policies of that specific establishment. You can learn the refund policy by visiting the website of the booking or by calling their phone number to speak to a customer support representative.
Canceling or Changing a JustFly Flight
- Visit the JustFly website
- Log into your JustFly account using an email, Google account, or Facebook account.
- Click the Customer Support button in the upper-right corner of the JustFly homepage
- At the bottom-right of the menu, you will see Cancel Flights and Change Flights

Once you have clicked your option, you must enter your booking number and your last name to access the flight you are looking to cancel or change.
You may also view the refund status of a flight on this customer support menu. JustFly will update you on the state of your refund and if the airline has allowed you to receive a refund based on the circumstances.
