I recently booked a flight through JustFly, but encountered an issue with Qatar Airways on the day of travel. They informed me that my daughter was unable to fly because one leg of the journey from Doha to Hyd was operated by Indigo as a codeshare flight. Due to her age being listed incorrectly as a child instead of an infant, they prevented her from boarding. Additionally, I booked a round trip and my daughter turned 2 during the return journey. As we were unable to use the ticket and Qatar Airways cancelled it, I am requesting a refund for the portion of the trip from Boston to Doha to Hyd for my daughter. Despite this issue, my wife, who was also on the ticket, managed to board the flight the following day using the same ticket.

Hello, I'm Fernando C. I've had an unfortunate experience with JUSTFLY. Last year, we purchased a round trip flight from El Paso, Texas to Havana, Cuba (Booking Number [redacted]02). The flight got canceled, and despite multiple attempts, they have not refunded the $[redacted] or provided an alternative flight date. After being directed to the airline by Justfly, we were unable to resolve the issue as the ticket was bought through them. I've made a reservation for a flight from Dulles DC (IAD) to Yerevan, Armenia, with Justfly. My booking number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], and the Emirates Airlines confirmation number is PSRXAF. I have a 24-hour layover in Dubai and I have learned about the Dubai Connect service that provides accommodations and food during layovers. The process to book this service for a long layover in Dubai should be done through Justfly since I booked my ticket with them. According to the instructions, if the flights were booked through a travel agent, they can be contacted to inquire about eligibility for the Dubai Connect service. The travel agent can assist in booking the service or it can be done online using the reference number. I would appreciate your help in adding the Dubai Connect service to my itinerary to secure a hotel and meals during the layover.

I attempted to reach out on Saturday, June 25th and finally got through after 8 am. The representative mentioned they need Frontier to process the refund before they can initiate mine. Due to the cancellation of a wedding, I need to cancel my Frontier flight from Cleveland to Tampa on Friday, July 15th with booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. However, when trying to contact them now, they keep hanging up. I've made multiple attempts today, but to no avail.
I financed $[redacted] for the ticket through JustFly and Affirm, with $[redacted] through the finance plan and paid $41.70 monthly. I've already paid close to $[redacted]. The remaining $[redacted] was paid directly to Frontier via my debit card. Frontier assured the refund in 7 days but advised getting the rest from JustFly/Affirm. JustFly mentioned they need to wait for Frontier before processing the refund, but the calls today keep disconnecting. Please assist!

I am reaching out regarding my canceled return flight from Beirut to Stockholm-Arlanda on June 18. Unfortunately, I was not informed or rebooked on an alternative flight by Justfly. Despite the lack of communication, I incurred charges for an Arlanda airport hotel booking on my credit card. I did not receive any notification of the flight cancellation. I have evidence of the flight cancellation from the list of departures at the Beirut airport on the day, and SAS was indeed not on the list. I received a surprise airline ticket from my fiancé for my daughter and me, but I have a fear of flying and need to cancel. I have rented a car for the trip instead. I was on hold for 3 hours last night trying to fix my mother's flight for her journey in 4 days. After waiting 2 hours to speak with the airline, they informed me that only JUSTFLY could make the necessary changes to our reservation. It's frustrating to deal with such long wait times from both companies. I feel the lack of communication regarding important updates is unprofessional. My elderly mother, traveling alone at 71 years old, deserves better treatment as a customer. I urgently need a response as her flight is on July 12th. It has been a frustrating experience trying to reach JustFly's customer service since 10 a.m. this morning. Despite the estimated wait times given by the answering machine, I have continuously been put on hold for extended periods. My goal is simply to upgrade my cabin from economy to premium economy. My JustFly booking number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. The lack of responsiveness from JustFly post-booking is disappointing and I am feeling quite frustrated with the service. While booking the flight initially was smooth, the current customer service experience is not meeting expectations. Singapore Airlines cannot assist with the upgrade as I booked through an agent. I hope JustFly can improve their customer service or contact me at [redacted] promptly as I urgently need assistance with my flight upgrade.

I had a disappointing experience with Justfly customer service. I requested an upgrade from economy to standard premium economy. Justfly upgraded my ticket, charging me $[redacted] for modifications and an additional $[redacted] for a ticket price difference. However, when I contacted SQ Airlines to verify, they informed me it was actually upgraded to Flexi economy, not standard premium economy as I was told. Calling Justfly's customer service meant enduring 1-2 hours on hold before speaking to someone. I was given two options - cancel or accept the existing ticket - with my flight scheduled for 10/28/[redacted], leaving me no choice but to accept and pay an extra $[redacted] for an unnecessary seat due to their mistake. Despite repeatedly confirming with Justfly to ensure the correct upgrade, I was misled. This experience left me upset and frustrated, leading to a costly lesson learned. My family and I will not be using Justfly again.

I noticed that the ticket has the wrong birthdate. Despite checking and knowing the correct information, I was directed to contact American Airlines. However, I did not receive a confirmation email from them. American Airlines mentioned that changing the birthdate is the responsibility of the third party, so I reached out to Just Fly. I have been trying for over two and a half hours to speak with a representative, but have not been successful. It's frustrating that my issue doesn't fit into their predefined categories. I have four tickets that need the birthdate corrected, and it's disappointing how difficult it is to reach a real person for assistance. I am disappointed with their service and will not be using them again, as I believe they are not customer-oriented.

I reached out to Justfly multiple times over the past three weeks to cancel and rebook my flight from Bali, but have had no success. I was informed that I could not make changes online. I had to book another flight directly with Virgin due to health reasons for my partner and me. We had purchased cancellation protection for our return flight, and I am now requesting a refund for the unused flight. Could you please assist with processing the refund? Thank you for your help. On March 11, [redacted], a reservation ([redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) was made for a trip from IAD to EDI on Air Canada via JustFly. Unfortunately, on the return (July 9/10), after a 24-hour delay in Toronto, the flight to Chicago that we were rerouted on was canceled. We are seeking a refund for the canceled flight and reimbursement for expenses incurred during the delay (cab, dinner, hotel, breakfast). We have tried reaching Air Canada through their website form and customer service number but have not received a response. I made a flight booking from Newark to Lisbon for September 1, [redacted], with the booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and TAP Air Portugal reservation number 3S5C6Y. However, the system mistakenly input my sister's middle name instead of mine. Despite multiple attempts to correct this since May, the issue persists. Although I was assured by TAP that this could be fixed through my booking agency, TAP stated it must be rectified by them. At Newark Airport, both TSA and TAP confirmed the name discrepancy would prevent me from flying. After contacting customer service on August 4, [redacted], they reassured me the name change request was sent to TAP. Although I provided my passport and driver's license on Justfly, TAP claimed no record of the request. Justfly informed me they are waiting for TAP's response. I recently spoke with one of your agents, Ciela John, regarding the bookings for myself and my daughter, Brielle Adu-Asah and Michelle Adu-Asah. Although Ciela assured me that our bookings included specific baggage allowances, my daughter's ticket did not reflect this upon checking with United Airlines.
I kindly request that my daughter receive the same baggage allowances as myself, as agreed upon during the booking process. Both bookings were made using the same credit card, email, and phone number. I believe there was a misunderstanding during the transaction, possibly due to a recording issue. Please review your records to verify this discrepancy.

I had a round trip ticket to fly back on July 17th to Charlotte, NC from Baltimore, MD. However, my flight from Iceland got canceled on July 16th, making me miss my July 17th flight. After contacting American Airlines, they mentioned I would receive a trip credit. Unfortunately, upon my return to Baltimore from Iceland, I encountered issues using the trip credit. As a result, I couldn't make my return flight and now would like a refund for that leg of the journey. I booked the flight through Affirm, so I kindly request my account to be credited accordingly.

I wanted to let you know that I received notification from Frontier that they canceled reservation [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] for my flight YCPBYZ because the time they offered wasn't suitable for me due to my cruise ship schedule. They have refunded the full amount of the reservation. However, $[redacted].00 was refunded instead of the total $[redacted].00 plus the $84.83 for flight cancellation insurance. I've attempted to cancel the flight and get the remaining refund online, but have been unsuccessful. Thank you.

I need assistance with an unresolved claim with my bank. On 6/22/22, my father tragically passed away, and I was in Mexico on vacation. Due to the circumstances, I mistakenly booked a flight from Chicago to CD de Mexico instead of the correct route. I had a reservation for a flight from Accra to Dubai on July 14, but I needed to cancel due to a change in plans. I contacted JustFly on August 29 to request a refund. After receiving an email confirming the refund, I noticed that the refunded amount was deducted again from my account by JustFly. The total cost of the booking was $[redacted].40, and even though I received a refund of [redacted] cedis, JustFly deducted more than that from my account later on. I have tried calling customer service multiple times but haven't received a response. I urgently need the full refund to be processed promptly since the deducted amount is causing confusion.
