Jetblue's information regarding carry-on luggage is extremely confusing. The only specifics they have listed is if you booked your flight in late Feb. for travel in or after late July. Neither of these apply to us. We booked a week or two ago and are flying on June ** and ** this year. We need to know the carry on policy for those dates. Most of what I see indicates that we get a personal bag and a carry on for free. However, some of the write-ups on their website indicate a charge for the carry-ons. We need to know what size luggage to purchase and whether we carry on or check will make a difference. I've been on hold with them forever and tried emailing them directly with no response.

GetHuman-lepire did not yet indicate what JetBlue should do to make this right.
