On both legs of my flight yesterday I had multiple issues. On my flight from PUJ to FLL the aircraft was delayed and the interior was very dirty. On my flight from FLL to SFO the staff were very slow when distributing snacks, the WiFi was broken and I was unable to watch a movie on the app because they had not updated it, so I had to buy their headphones which then took ** minutes to be given to me, and then when I asked for a pen none was available. Finally, when I did arrive at SFO, I found that my checked bag had been handled so roughly that a bottle of rum shattered inside, ruining the purchase and soaking all of my items. I would like a full or partial refund for my trouble. I do not want credit because I will not be flying with JetBlue again.
