My Wife and I flew to Denver on United, switched to Jet blue, on to Boston, then to Orlando,,Our luggage stayed in Denver because of our fault!, We got to Orlando, no luggage! We went into JetBlue luggage Claim office in Orlando, the entire staff comforted us, made us feel at home, found our luggage in Denver, United offered absolutely no help, your Jet blue folks in Denver went to United, retrieved our luggage, got it on a flight that day to Orlando for us! WOW,,,! Jetblue has an absolutely amazing team and we are lifelong customers now! , We are so very impressed with especially the Orlando office, We are country folks that don't fly much, lost in the airports of the world, and your folks took us in and made us feel welcome, and fixed everything quickly. Our flight confirmation was GAVWZN on October **th ****. I wrote down all their names in the office to pass on to you,but I am home now and can't find the list, but I remember they said their supervisors name was Roberto, in the office was about * gals and * man,,fantastic people,,, ! I feel terrible that I lost that list, I was however able to get them a few dozen doughnuts the following day, that's not enough tho,, they are employees that JetBlue should be very very proud of!!!! Please let them know from the head office that what they do is very impressive, and very appreciated! If any of them ever get to our small town of Vernal Utah, they are welcome to stay in our home!
