Hello, **I was booked on and took Jetblue Flight **** from JFK to ORD today. It was scheduled to depart at *:** AM and it did not get into the air until **:** PM.**There, i experienced a four hour delay due to mechanical problems with the incoming aircraft from.Buffalo. We had to wait for a plane from Boston. There were multiple gate changes from gate * to gate * to gate ** and multiple stories on what caused the delay. Customers want honesty and transparency.**I called the airline to provide feedback on this disappointing experience. The customer agent that i interacted with was helpful, patient, courteous and kind.**Please note the TV screen for showing movies did not work at all during the flight. I asked Jonathan the flight attendant for his help and he never did. He seemed to have somewhat of a negative or our attitude. Another disappointment.**I did receive an email from Jetblue indicating that there would be compensation. However, a fellow passenger on the plane indicated that he had received confirmation that his airfare would be refunded and I want mine refunded as well. i experienced the same inconvenience.**Please advise on how Jetblue will resolve this issue. i have high expectations with Jetblue, an airline with a good reputation and known for its good customer service.**Additionally, as I was leaving the plane, the pilot was chatting with the flight attendant. Given the circumstances, it would have been nice to hear " thank you", "have a nice day" or some parting greeting. There was no acknowledgment!
