Jabra Elite Active **t*Left headphone has static noise when playing music, doesn't hold charge and gets extremely hot when turned on for any length of time. I've tried to reset the earphones and cleaned the charging port but nothing has changed.*I would either like a full refund or a replacement with a new pair of earphones thank you, Saul
