we have a Jabra *** pro headset with ehs cable connected to a Cisco **** phone. User is on a call and then putting caller on hold by pressing the multifunction button for *-* sec. *st caller does go on hold but it does NOT release the incoming call. User manual for this headset indicates that this feature is not supported by all phones. Do you know if a Cisco **** will support this, or if there is a feature that needs to be activated on server to allow for this?
