I have received a bill for an order which was placed May ** and I still do not have order, will not pay current bill. Always was well satisfied with service but no longer! Will shop elsewhere from now on My account * is xxxxxx***** Very dissatisfied. Will not order from you again. **.** is what I am being billed for. Order * **************** had to use monies put aside for this order on another for we needed the pants!!!!!

GetHuman-plcomp did not yet indicate what JCP.com should do to make this right.
