I placed a order with j c penny's yesterday July *th. ORDER * **************** and want it shipped to my home in Florida which I stated on my order. They sent me a gmail stating I have to pick it up at the store in NC. I placed the order with * items on it & want both items shipped to: *Dianne Sadlowski **** N.E. ***rd Ave. Ocala, Fl. ***** I can't reply to their email, it states no reply on it. If I don't get this issue resolved, they will put the item back in stock. I need help, I also tried to call the customer service dept., and was told it would be a ** min. wait, I held on. After about ** min. I was disconnected, I called back and the same thing happened. PLEASE HELP, Thank you, Dianne Sadlowski
