I an very disappointed in a accent chair I ordered. I was not informed as to when it would be delivered. My husband opened the door to go out and there was? The box than was in terrible shape. and the chair inside was dirty, The box must have had some dirt in it and I had to vacuum the chair to get it clean. Then I sat in it, very uncomfortable. *I have shopped at Penny's for many years and never had a problem, but I am really annoyed at the off hand way this was delivered and I had to bring into the house and as an elderly person, I found this difficult. Returning it would be difficult and losing money on the return does *not appeal to me. However, I will*think twice before I shop at Penny's.*Since I am keeping the chair I do not expect you to do something about my chair, but please get your delivery department on the ball.*I would not recommend this chair to a friend.
