Hello JC PENNEY,**There is a problem with one of my orders. **There is also a problem that JCPENNEY will NOT answer the phone at *-***-***-****.**The order number is ****************. The order was made November **.**MULTIPLE PROBLEMS with this order:*One item not yet delivered: Jessica Howard *** sleeve sweater dress. *This item has been marked SHIPPED for over a week on JCPENNEY dot com.*Everyday I click "Track My Order" on your website and everyday the date of arrival changes to one day later. It started by saying Dec **, then Dec **, Dec **, Dec **, Dec ** and today it says Dec **.*When I called JCPENNEY at your *** number, I was on hold for over an hour and finally had to hang up.*The automated voice on the phone says there is no record of this order.*My card has been charged for this dress: $**.** on DECEMBER *, ****.*This dress is available at my local store for a much higher price! Therefore I ordered it online. *You appear to have no live chat on your website for an easy and convenient way for customers to communicate about orders.*I will NOT be ordering from your website again. Too many problems and then no one available to help.*Kohl's IS SO MUCH BETTER at online orders than JCPENNEY!!!!*Please address these issues as soon as possible.**I just called your *** number again. The automated voice said my wait time is *** minutes. Then it said I could request to be called back in *** minutes. I am waiting to see if JCPENNEY will call me back and resolve this issue.***Another note: There was also another earlier problem with this order. The boots you will see on this order were marked delivered with the Liz Claiborne dress. The Liz Claiborne dress was delivered BUT THE BOOTS WERE NOT DELIVERED. MY CARD WAS CHARGED FOR THE BOOTS AND MY ACCOUNT ONLINE SAID THE BOOTS HAD BEEN DELIVERED. I HAD NO BOOTS. After calling JCPENNEY, he said the day I ordered they had sold out of these boots! (But JCPENNEY still charged me for them and claimed they were shipped and delivered to me). He finally credited my account.***If there was a problem with this order, JCPENNEY SHOULD HAVE ALREADY NOTIFIED ME. I have not received an email or a phone call about this item, but JCPENNEY has charged my card.**I look forward to hearing from you very soon. **Robyn F
