purchased two *'X*' rugs, arrived last week. yesterday same rugs offered @ $**** lower price. when i saw evening pacific standard time, the sale was going off. most stores have window of time to get refund of price difference. jcp is making a lot of changes so i don't know any of policies now. only choice with lines closed for orders, was purchase rugs at new sales price before sale ended. called online & store immediatealy this morning and they said no way to stop shipping and just do the transaction for price difference. i have to accept delivery and take heavy rugs back to store to get credit for higher price i got just days ago. is this true?
