Make it known my complete frustration and horrible service that they provide. ... I am so frustrated with the entire JCP online ordering process. To received an order, this is my second. First took ** days to recieved a sweater, but now a pair of shoes ordered on ******** after multiple calls to check status I was told that it was at the store, twice went to store and they did not have it. I finally requested refund of money charged to my account on the **th of November, this should not be charged until I pick up the merchandise if it takes this long to receive the product. Now I am being told that it has been returned (my request) but I have to wait another * days to receive my refund. Worst online ship to store process I have ever dealt with. No one knows what is going on or how to help. It should not have taken ** days for a pair of shoes to be delivered to the store. If they even got there. HORRIBLE SERVICE
My order was to be in store in *-* days, I still never got the shoes, order returned (how do you return something the store never had).
I requested to have the shoes shipped to my home, that another trip to the store (* made already) was my time and gas.
I have been a customer with JCP since childhood, but now will definately shop other stores that can provide the service promised.
* phone calls to the online phone line, and * trips to the store, and still not resolution as to where my item was or when it would be delivered. I was told it was at the store by online, but store said they never got it.
