On ***** I purchased Pyrex simp st **pcs I waited in line for * hr to purchase item which said on shelf was on sale. The cashier said it was a rebate item not a sale item. I bought item an said I’d do the rebate, well after * day of trying to find an do rebate on line I gave up an called your *** * an spoke with * different reps to find out wrong info given there was NO rebate available. And nothing penny’s could do to help. I then called the UP Mall store to see if they could help an much to my avail after being transferred at least * times I got the same person I began with saying no one has picked up yet??? I was so upset by then I said NO. But advertising was misleading an I would be returning the item sometime soon. I have been a loyal penny’s customer for over ** years an believe me you service has went downhill. We are in a Holiday season an I love shopping at penny’s I buy all my gifts there. But I am very unhappy with this issue. Is there anything you can do to resolve this issue??????
