Good afternoon, to whom this may concern, my name is Vanessa and I recently went to JC Penny and ended up applying for a JC Penny credit card. I received what I thought to be the *st payment notice but noticed that I was being charged a late fee when I never received the *st notice. I was hoping something could be done about this. If I received the *st notice I would have payed it the same day but unfortunately I never received it and instead I received the *nd late notice
