I made a purchase online and when trying to use my reward points the items were either out of stock or differently priced once I tried to add to my cart or simply not available in my area. I think it is a little unreasonable to only get * days to use my points. I ultimately lost my points from all the trouble I was having and did not have the option for live chat assistance. Of there was the option, I could not locate it. I need to also make an exchange on some of the items I purchased.
GetHuman-kalismom did not yet indicate what JC Penney should do to make this right.
