I was treated HORRIBLY at Jcpenny on Monday. I went in to use my $** off a $** kids purchase and I KNOW I had $** worth of things because that was the whole reason I went in and the young lady kept telling me she didn't know what was wrong just to scan the %** off coupon and that's what we did because honestly I was so embarrassed how she was talking to me. I wanted to use the $** off. She was so rude. Shoved my clothes in the bag and didn't even say thank you. I am HIGHLY disappointed.The last two times I was there, both experiences, the employees were talking to each other, cussing, talking about what they were going to do on the weekend.. why they were moving to Dallas... all kinds of things EXCEPT give me a simple smile and thank you.
