I placed this order online on June *th, and received all but one item. I picked up my order on **** and was told the item wasn't in, and I have been calling ever since to get an update of when I can expect it or to get tracking information. Every time I call, after being transferred all over the store no one has an answer for me. Finally I was told it would be there on the **th so I called on the **th to confirm it was there and I spoke with a woman that said "it's not here, I don't have any tracking information and can't get it, and I don't even know what the item is that you are waiting for". I called customer service today instead of the store which has given me no help at all, and was given the tracking information, and told that it had in fact been delivered on ******* at **:** am and signed for by Patty. I am still being told it is not in. I need to confirm this is in so I can pick up what I paid for, and should be compensated for this inconvenience.
