On the same day, both my phone and computer stopped working, and unfortunately, I lost the passwords to my Instagram account and my primary email address, [redacted] The phone number linked to these accounts, +[redacted]1, got blocked while I was in Thailand for an extended period. Among my accounts, the main one is Dancefittour, with additional ones named marie_kirilyus, phangan_detox, and marie_yoga_phangan. After recovering my Google account, I could only access the one I used most recently, which is marie_yoga_phangan. I have funds in the other accounts, and it is crucial for me to regain access to them. Any assistance in restoring these accounts would be greatly appreciated.

Whenever I try to log in to Instagram, I receive the same error message that states my account was compromised due to sharing my password for likes or followers, against their guidelines. It instructs me to change my password, but the link provided is not working. I have not shared my password. I am unable to proceed further. Can anyone assist me with this issue? Hello, On April 1, [redacted], between 4:00-5:00am, I was locked out of my Instagram account due to "suspicious activity," which I suspect was caused by viewing and following too many accounts as I struggled with insomnia. Instagram asked for a verification code to be sent to my Hotmail email for confirmation, but I am unable to access my Hotmail account. I believe Outlook may have deleted it or I might have been hacked. Despite entering the correct password, I cannot log in, and since I rarely used the account, I cannot recover it using Outlook's form. As a result, I cannot retrieve the verification code. However, I remember all the details of my Instagram account, including past passwords and activity dates. Additionally, my Instagram is linked to my Facebook, which is connected to my Gmail and phone number. I am ready to follow any necessary steps to regain access to my account. Hoping for a human response and assistance in resolving this matter.

I seem to be experiencing an issue with logging in to my account, @lavender.bread. Once I enter my password, a verification screen appears requesting my phone number. After entering it and attempting to receive an SMS verification code, I am not receiving any messages. This problem persists on the app and when I log in via computer. Instagram's email verification option is also not working. The constant appearance of the 'Verify your phone number' screen is preventing me from using the app effectively. As this account holds significant importance for me, this situation is causing considerable distress. I would greatly appreciate assistance with resolving this matter.

Around 4:00-5:00 am on April 1, [redacted], I was locked out of my Instagram account likely due to "suspicious activity" from following and viewing too many accounts while struggling with insomnia. Instagram requested a verification code be sent to my hotmail address, but I cannot access my hotmail account. I suspect it could be due to Outlook deleting my account or being hacked. Despite entering the correct password, I cannot log in since it's an old account I rarely used. Unfortunately, I can't recover it through Outlook's form. However, I have detailed information about my Instagram account, including past passwords and activity dates, and it's linked to my Facebook account, which uses my gmail and phone number. I am willing to cooperate to regain access. I suggest that Instagram could assist me by sending the verification code to my gmail or phone number linked to my Facebook account, which is connected to my Instagram. Alternatively, it would be helpful if Instagram could allow me to log in through my Facebook account.

Hello Support Team, I am reaching out seeking assistance with my Instagram account. Around 4:00-5:00am on April 1, [redacted], I found myself locked out due to suspected "suspicious activity" as I engaged in following and viewing multiple accounts. Attempting to verify my identity, Instagram prompted me to send a verification code to my hotmail email, which unfortunately I am unable to access. It seems my hotmail account may have been compromised or deleted by Outlook. Despite correctly entering my password, I cannot log in. Although I have not used this email account for communication, I am stuck without the verification code. I have used my Instagram account without any issues for years. Last week, when I tried to log in, it said I violated the terms. Despite my attempts to appeal, they haven't responded to my emails. I completed the form with my details and even sent a photo of my face with the required information, but I still have not heard back. I've reached out multiple times for an update but received no response. I've put so much effort into my account and I'm desperate to regain access to it.

After a week, my account was disabled, and now I cannot log into my Instagram and Facebook accounts. Recently, I encountered a problem with my Instagram account. I received a code on my phone to refresh my account, but it never came through. After trying to log out and log back in, I kept getting an "unknown network error." When I tried to locate my account, it showed that my username didn't exist. A friend even sent me a screenshot that indicated my account was either deactivated or something similar. Hey Instagram team, I recently updated my phone and the Instagram app, but my reels theme is still displaying in the old version. I am a regular user of Instagram and would like to access the new reels features. When I open a friend's account, I can see the new version of reels, but when I try to create reels with photos, I receive a message stating that photos are not supported for reels. I have been facing this issue for two weeks now. I reported the problem two days ago, but have not received any response. I am frustrated with this situation. Even after updating Instagram today, the problem persists. The old version is still showing, and it says photos are not supported. Please help me resolve this issue promptly. I am writing to appeal the decision to permanently deactivate my Instagram account. I believe this action was a mistake as I have not violated any of Instagram's rules. My account contains valuable memories, including holiday photos with loved ones who have since passed away. Trusting in Instagram, I stored all these precious moments on my account, which has now been disabled. I am pleading for the return of my account as it holds irreplaceable photos from work projects and personal memories. Hello, My account was deactivated two days ago, and despite multiple sign-in attempts, I couldn't access it. I completed a form and received an email from Facebook support requesting a photo of me holding a code with my full name and username. I responded to them 24 hours ago, but I haven't received any confirmation that my email was received or if they will respond promptly. My Instagram account is crucial to me, and I am certain that the Instagram team has made an error as I never violated any rules. My Instagram account has been temporarily locked due to suspicious activity. It appears to have been compromised by a site that looks like Instagram, referred to as a phishing attack in the notification from Instagram. To regain access, I need Instagram to send a verification code to the email or phone number linked to the account. Unfortunately, I can't access them as they are no longer in use.
