On October 4, an issue occurred with my Instagram account, leading me to be logged out and unable to regain access. I suspect I was hacked, coinciding with a notice from Apple about leaked passwords. Despite multiple attempts, I cannot log in successfully. After entering my phone number for a confirmation message, I do not receive the text. Password reset attempts have also been unsuccessful. Additionally, I encountered a challenge when trying to request support due to the Instagram app not allowing the Apple keyboard to function properly. My friends see "user not found" when trying to view my account, suggesting it may be disabled. I am seeking assistance after exhausting all other options on Instagram's support pages. This is my final attempt to resolve this issue.

I recently posted two stories on Instagram and used a third-party app called Reports to monitor my followers. After using the app, Instagram put my account under review for 24 hours, and it was then disabled for violating their terms. Despite reviewing the terms carefully, I disagree with their decision. I tried to appeal through Instagram's help center, but I can't access my account to confirm my identity and submit the form. I reached out to Facebook as instructed, but I haven't heard back in three days after sending the requested photo and information. I am unsure of what steps to take next.

While using Instagram, I suddenly got logged out. I was prompted to enter my phone number for a verification code, but each time I tried, an error occurred, preventing me from inputting the code. Upon checking with friends, they mentioned that my account appeared as unavailable or deactivated. I have always followed the guidelines during my 5 years on the app without any warnings. It seems like my account was deactivated without any clear reason. This situation is frustrating as I have important pictures on there that I do not have saved anywhere else. Starting a new account and refollowing everyone is not something I want to do.

I am seeking assistance as I am unsure if my Instagram account has been temporarily locked or permanently deleted. I recently updated my username, and since then, I have been unable to access my account. Every time I attempt to log in, I receive an error message stating, "Sorry, there was a problem with your request." When I try to request a link for login, it informs me that the link is only valid for 7 days, prompting me to request a new one. I cannot log in on various devices as my account appears as "user not found." Despite not deleting my account, after changing my username to "zayybirdd," it initially mentioned a 24-hour waiting period to log back in, but it has been two weeks now. Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention that the verified account of @ericanlewedim has been under a shadow ban for the past two months. As a contestant on the recently ended Big Brother Naija lockdown [redacted], she is finding it hard to gain more followers due to this restriction. Her fans, like myself, would greatly appreciate it if this ban could be lifted. It seems that some supporters of other housemates are deliberately reporting her account to hinder her growth. It's unfair for her to face this issue when she hasn't done anything wrong. We truly hope you can investigate and remove the shadow ban on @ericanlewedim's account. Hello IG Team, I recently discovered that my IG profile (marina_bozzo_goldyoung) was blocked due to unusual activity, although I did not engage in any suspicious behavior. After being logged out of my account, I have been unable to log back in. It appears as if my user profile has vanished from Instagram without any prior notification. When I attempt to access my account, a code is sent to my phone instructing me to wait for verification within 24 hours to regain access. However, over a week has passed, and I am still unable to log in. I am concerned about the possibility of permanently losing access to my account, as this situation has never occurred before. I am currently unable to access my Instagram account because the verification code was sent to my old email address, which I no longer have access to. I have attempted to contact Hotmail about accessing my old email account, but they are unable to assist me since I have not used the account in over two years. I am reaching out to see if there is a way for Instagram to send the verification code to my new email address so that I can regain access to my account. Losing access to my account would mean losing all my followers, photos, and memories stored there, so any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday, I initiated my first promotion for my account, @qualitycursedcreations. Initially, there were issues as the timer started ticking down while awaiting approval. After getting it up and running, I paused it overnight to boost exposure because of the delayed start. However, upon resuming it today, I noticed the timer had continued counting down, leaving only 4 hours of the 24-hour promotion remaining. It's frustrating that the timer doesn't pause when I do. The lack of clarity on this when pausing is disappointing. I would appreciate a reset or a refund. Hello, I am seeking assistance as I am unable to contact Instagram directly regarding an issue with my account. On October 6th around 5 am in Brisbane, my Instagram account was logged into twice, which was not done by me. Throughout that day, I did not face any problems. However, this morning, I discovered that I had been logged out of my account, and when I tried to log back in, it stated that my user was not found. I also found an email from October 6th at 10 pm confirming a password change that I did not authorize. Despite searching, I cannot locate my account on any other Instagram profiles. I did not give permission for my account to be deleted or for the password to be changed. I have two similar accounts on my cellphone, one set up by my employee and the other by an unknown person. We want to delete the one we don't use, but we don't have the email address or password to do so. When we got a new cellphone, an account we don't recognize was already downloaded. The incorrect account username is "gozenexpress," and the correct one is "gozen_express." Both accounts are on the same device, creating confusion. We've attempted to change the password or reset the account but have had no success. How can we delete or reset the password for the account we don't want to avoid confusion with our customers? We have updated pictures on both accounts, confirming one is not ours.

A person named Lynn Rossi @surrealboxcinema took a picture of me playing the violin without permission. She is posting the photo without consent, which is causing me distress. I own the copyright for the riot fiddle logo, and there was no agreement made for her to use my image. I have sent her a DMCA letter and a cease and desist letter regarding this matter. Lynn's contact information is [redacted] and [redacted] She is violating copyright law by using the photo without authorization. The picture was taken without permission from another photographer, and I am now facing threats due to its posting. Yesterday, I used the app "Reports +" to see who unfollowed me on Instagram. However, upon returning to Instagram, I was surprised to find my account disabled with instructions to request a review within 30 days. I followed the steps provided, but I'm not receiving a security code after entering my phone number multiple times. I then submitted a form to the Instagram help center, detailing the situation and providing my username and email. Soon after, I received an email requesting a photo of myself with a specific code on a piece of paper. I am anxiously waiting for a response. My Instagram account is vital as I operate a sports cards business through it, with over 6k followers and 1k story viewers. I use it daily to sell cards and it's crucial for my business. I am determined to do whatever it takes to regain access to my account.

I need assistance regaining access to my account. My Instagram account, @lydiakudret, was locked due to "suspicious behavior" like phishing. My account got hacked, and the hacker deleted close to [redacted] photos and highlights, along with some accounts I followed and followed me. After responding to Instagram's initial email, I regained access to my account. Despite emailing and filing numerous reports, my photos and highlights haven't been restored, and there has been no response from Instagram. Restoring my page is crucial as I use it for business purposes. I am eagerly waiting to figure out how to reach Instagram to have everything fully restored.
