Hello, I am seeking some assistance regarding Instagram since it’s challenging to contact their support directly. When I logged in from a new device, Instagram requested a verification code, which seemed standard. However, even though I entered the correct code for my account, it's been three days and I am still unable to access my profile. Every time I try to log in, I receive a message stating that access will be granted within 24 hours after the verification. I appreciate any guidance in resolving this issue as I am always redirected to a "page not found" message. Thank you for any help provided as Instagram support has been unresponsive.

On August 21st at 12 am, my Instagram account was disabled automatically while I was using the app. I received a notification stating, "your account has been disabled." After getting a new phone, I reinstalled Instagram to become more active. However, after posting some photos, someone with my old profile picture viewed my story. I checked the profile and realized the person was pretending to be me by using my artwork without giving credit. When I confronted them, they responded with inappropriate language. I have asked my friends to report the account, but it seems the report program cannot delete it for an unspecified reason. The person's username is @Imzpan, and my original username is @PanWazzTaken.

I set up a new work account from my main account this morning. The contact information from my main account transferred automatically to the new account. I updated the new account with a new phone number and email, then updated the main account with the new phone number. I verified the new number on the main account successfully. When attempting to verify the new number and email on the new account, the verification code was sent to my old number, which I no longer have access to. I have tried several times to resolve this issue with Instagram support but only encountered automated responses. Changing the number should not have caused this problem. I have tried everything I can think of on my end. I hope we can find a solution to this problem. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am Madelyn Donaldson. I am concerned about a user, @adrien_culboy, on your app distributing nude pictures of my underage 15-year-old sister. Despite reporting his account multiple times, your support team has not found any issue with it. I am appalled by this response. @adrien_culboy's profile must be taken down, and he should be permanently blocked from creating another. He is exploiting young, innocent children on your platform, which is unacceptable. After making a purchase, I started receiving an overwhelming amount of suggested posts on Instagram, making it difficult to see content from friends. Despite trying to reset my account settings, the issue persisted. Frustrated, I decided to delete the app from my phone to avoid the annoyance. If there is a way to stop these suggested posts, I am willing to reinstall and continue using the app. This sudden influx of suggested content feels invasive, possibly related to Facebook's acquisition of Instagram. I seek assistance to address this problem so I can return to using the app without interruptions. Meanwhile, I have informed my friends that I will be taking a break from Instagram due to the overwhelming nature of the suggested posts. While this break may save me time, I will miss interacting with my friends on the platform. I plan to share photos via text until a resolution is found.

Hello! I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account. When attempting to log in, I am prompted to verify my identity by entering a security code sent to my old number which I no longer have access to since moving to Canada a year ago. I am uncertain why my old number is still linked to my account after all this time, as I have been using Instagram for nearly two years without encountering this issue. Someone impersonated my friend Derald A. Gaines on Instagram. They used his account picture, which made me believe it was him requesting to follow me. The imposter then messaged me, asking me to buy gift cards for a supposed Government grant help. Before I could report the issue, the person deleted all communications. I am concerned about this duplicate account and have reported the incident to the California State Attorney General's office and local law enforcement. It is disheartening to be a target of such an elaborate scheme on Instagram.

I recently submitted a support request form to recover access to my account. After receiving an email requesting some details, I provided the information but did not receive a response. I can no longer access my account “@babidolph” after logging out to reduce distractions from notifications. When trying to log back in, I faced an unusual login attempt notification due to an inactive phone number linked to the account ([redacted]9) and a lost email access. Hello team, I am uncertain why my account was disabled in error. To date, I have always abided by Instagram's rules and guidelines. Please assist me in recovering my account as I have important photos, videos, and contacts on it accumulated over the past 5 years. Unfortunately, I am unable to recall the email address or password tied to the account, and I suspect that I may not have used a valid email when creating it. Although my Instagram account is linked to my old Facebook page, which I can still access, the lockout persists even after confirming my identity through Facebook. As an individual with 3k followers and aspirations of being a model/influencer, the account is crucial. Can I provide identification documents like my ID or birth certificate to prove my identity? A few days ago, I encountered an issue with my Instagram account. I received a message stating that my account was temporarily locked due to suspicious activity, likely from sharing my login information with a fake Instagram app. To unlock my account, I needed a confirmation code sent to an email I no longer have access to. I have another account linked to my current email and hoped Instagram could transfer the email or reach me via phone with a new code. Initially, my birth year on Facebook was set to [redacted], but my actual birth year is [redacted]. I updated it a few days ago. However, when Facebook detected my real age as 15, it restricted my access to the marketplace. To regain access, I changed my birth year back to [redacted] yesterday. Hello, Instagram. I have already sent several emails but haven't received any response, so I'm trying here. When I was young, in 5th grade, I created 2 Instagram accounts for myself. Both have embarrassing photos for me now and are public accounts where anyone can access them. Since then, I have created a new account and unfortunately lost the email addresses/numbers linked to my two old accounts, so I can't log in and therefore cannot delete them. My question is if there is a way to delete them? Maybe by having my friends report them? Or by contacting you, could you delete them?? Urgent, please. Hello, I have multiple Instagram accounts. One account, @Laurwon, was created years ago. Unfortunately, I cannot access it as I don't remember the email or password associated with it. Recently, I've been locked out of my active account, @mbbdance. When trying to confirm my email address with a code, it's sending it to an old email I no longer use. The correct email for my active account is [redacted], not c*******[redacted] I just hope to regain access to @mbbdance and recover the email linked to my old account or possibly delete it to use the username again. On September 28, [redacted], my Instagram account was hacked by someone who changed both my email address and contact number. Despite multiple reports from various people to flag the account, it remains active to this day. I have been patiently waiting for months for Instagram to take action and delete the hacked account, but no steps have been taken by their team so far. I am reaching out in the hopes that the necessary measures will be taken swiftly to remove the account with the handle uthayaaaaaa98. My account (@mrkeshta) was created to assist individuals with diabetes globally. Unfortunately, my account's reach has significantly decreased, possibly due to the new algorithm. A marketing agency previously managed my account and dramatically increased my followers from 15k to 115k seemingly overnight. Despite attempting to contact them for an explanation, they blocked me and later deleted their account. With the recent drop in engagement and ineffective hashtags, I suspect that Instagram may have flagged my account due to the sudden follower surge. I started noticing a daily decline in followers, now down to 61k, and even hired someone to remove them faster. Concerned about potential account bans, we halted this action. Despite my efforts to share helpful diabetes management videos, my posts are not reaching the audience they used to.
