Good morning, I am writing to request the reopening of my NGO account named Unnati Society. The account has [redacted] followers, 10 following, and [redacted] posts. On 30/04/[redacted] at 2:00 PM, I lost access to the account. As it is an NGO account, four team members frequently accessed it. We have organized an online Talent Showcase competition for our followers, and the results are due tomorrow. I kindly ask for your assistance in reopening the account promptly as we are experiencing difficulties due to this situation. Dear Support, I am reaching out to address an issue with an Instagram page that has been causing problems for our established business. The person behind this page has repeatedly taken pictures from our Instagram account, used our hashtags, and engaged with our followers by spreading hate speech and false information about our company. None of our social media team or anyone in our company has authorized the use of our pictures on another account, especially considering our company name is copyrighted. We have reported this page numerous times since it was created last Friday and now feel compelled to involve legal action if necessary. I request the immediate removal of this page to avoid escalation, as I am eager to hear back from your support team. If no action is taken, I will have to involve our attorneys promptly. Time is crucial in addressing this issue. Our legitimate Instagram page is @vvipintl, while the impersonating fraudulent account is @vvipintl_fraud. It's concerning that this fraudulent account appears prominently in search results related to our business. Dear Instagram, I want to report that my Instagram account, "iammissbelle143," has been hacked since April 23, [redacted]. Someone has posted inappropriate photos, and my friends are trying to report the account. Due to the hack, I am unable to access my account, even after resetting the password. The new account I see is not mine, as my original account was private. Additionally, the email connected to the account, [redacted], is inaccessible due to a phone change. About a week ago, I lost access to my Instagram account (_.alexandr.a) because I changed the email address associated with it. I updated it to my current email from one I used several years ago. This action seemed harmless but unfortunately led to my account being locked. Instagram requested confirmation of my ownership by sending a security code to the old email, which I no longer have access to since I removed it during the update. I attempted all methods to recover the old email without success, including providing a phone number attached to the old email, which I no longer have. I desperately need help to regain access to my account as I cannot retrieve the old email for the security code. I reached out to [redacted] four days ago but have yet to receive a response, and I fear it may take a long time. I care deeply about my account and hope for a solution as soon as possible. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, I, Katharina Bausch, actually have 2 different accounts on Instagram: 1. @kabausch (email address: [redacted]) 2. @Weingut_bausch (email address: [redacted]) And recently, a 3rd page @bauschkatharina has appeared. I never registered or created this page. Since I had no association with this page, I tried to delete it using Instagram's help page. When asked if I wanted to delete "@bauschkatharina", I confirmed with YES. Unfortunately, my real account @kabausch got deleted instead of the @bauschkatharina account. I am experiencing issues with editing my profile on Instagram. I am unable to add a biography, change my profile picture, or switch my profile to Business. I keep receiving an error message stating: "Unfortunately, we couldn't update your profile picture. Please confirm that you have an internet connection and try again." Despite having a working internet connection and attempting to do so on different networks, the problem persists. I've tried reinstalling the app multiple times and logging in on other devices, including a PC, yet the same error persists. Apart from this issue, I can use Instagram normally - sending direct messages and liking pictures without any problems. I would appreciate assistance with this matter as I have not received any response from Instagram support.

Hello, I need help with my Sparta Training Academy account being disabled due to a report from CrossFit Inc. I unknowingly violated their rules by using hashtags and mentioning the word CrossFit. I missed the email they sent on 23.04.[redacted], which led to my account being disabled. I've gone through my Facebook posts dating back to [redacted] and removed any references to CrossFit, but my account remains disabled. Any assistance in restoring it would be appreciated.

I need assistance in regaining access to my account. An email alert stated that someone logged into my account from a different device on 04/04/[redacted]. Due to health reasons, I had not accessed my account recently. Upon trying to log in, my username does not appear, and the account only provides the option to follow it. Furthermore, the account contents have been deleted, and my email has been removed. I have evidence of the unauthorized access through notification emails on the mentioned date. My account is crucial as it is associated with my business and bears my trademarked name. While I may not recover the followers or content, reclaiming my name is pivotal. The individual I suspect of gaining access is g*****e@s*****.com as Instagram directed the account recovery link to this email address. I have had my Instagram account for months. Recently, I moved and decided to start fresh with new phone numbers and emails. Unfortunately, the login information for my Instagram account is linked to an old email and phone number that I no longer have access to. I have been unsuccessful in trying to regain access to my account and am hoping to find a solution without creating a new one and losing all my pictures, memories, and contacts from the past seven years. I have been attempting to contact customer support for a day now to resolve my issue, but have had no success. The Help Center has not been helpful, leaving me frustrated. After my account was hacked, I regained access on May 10th. My daughter reported the hack before I recovered the account, prompting us to change the email, password, and implement two-factor authentication with my phone number. When trying to access my Instagram now, I encounter a message asking to confirm ownership, a step I wish was taken with the hacker. I am currently locked out and concerned about possible deactivation. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account.

I am unable to access the email linked to my Instagram account Jnewskie44. The phone number associated with the account is no longer in use ([redacted]), my new number is [redacted]. I accidentally deleted an old unused Instagram account while logged into my main account without realizing it. Is there any way to reactivate it before confirming the deletion via email? It seems too easy to delete an account without a secondary confirmation. If reactivation is not possible, I will have to create a new account and lose all my content, but I wanted to explore any available options before starting over. I recently fell victim to a scam by an Instagram account named @qualitydripco. They promised to provide a sample for my clothing brand, @questionsclothing, after I sent them money via MoneyGram to start production. Unfortunately, I was ignored through direct messages and eventually blocked. When I reached out anonymously from other accounts to inquire about their services, they quickly blocked those as well when I questioned why my brand's account was blocked. I have evidence of all these interactions and have already reached out to my bank, MoneyGram, and local authorities for assistance.

My account seems to have been compromised, leading to being restricted from following and unfollowing activities for the third time, and this prolonged restriction is ongoing for a whole week. I believe it might be a result of falling into a hacker's trap after clicking on a suspicious link recently. I have not engaged in the actions that are being attributed to me, such as using unauthorized third-party apps. It's unjust to penalize legitimate dog accounts like ours, as we are here to support fellow dog enthusiasts, not engage in mass following. Please lift the block as it is disrupting the community we strive to be a part of. Our Instagram handle is @tillyandfriends_.

My account has been compromised. The username remains the same (kling_cat), but the password, email, and phone number linked to the account have been changed, preventing me from recovering it. I confirmed this by attempting to log in with my usual password, which I always copy from a passwords file, and by noticing that the phone number associated with the account is now different. Despite my efforts to recover the account, the system does not recognize the current phone number, which has not changed since I created the account. The email address used for recovery is unfamiliar to me and does not belong to me. I have heard others mention reporting hacks, but I am unaware of how to do so on the platform.

I had an account when I was under 13 years old. One day, I was locked out of it and it became public. Six years later, the account, katiekicks4, is still public with pictures of me as a child. I need the account to be deleted or at least made private. I have tried everything to log in but can't access the email, don't remember the password, and the SMS code doesn't work. Please help me remove the account as it upsets me to see those photos online.

There has been an error with my account where I am unable to like, follow, or post on Instagram. Despite informing them of the issue, it has not been rectified, which is frustrating. I feel unfairly targeted and suspect racial bias in the handling of my account. I have been using the platform to raise awareness about important matters, such as the recent tragic incident involving a black man. Claims of purchasing followers and likes are untrue, and both my account and that of my friend have been affected. Although a temporary hold was placed on my account, it was meant to be lifted today but has not been done so. I adhere to community guidelines and do not share inappropriate content. I urge for a swift resolution to this matter and hope to see an end to racism and discrimination in our country.
