I manage a trading business alongside my team and have operated an Instagram account for several years. Previously, individuals have created fake Instagram accounts impersonating me in an attempt to deceive and scam others, exploiting my reputation and identity. Despite successfully blocking these fraudulent accounts before, a recent occurrence involved someone shifting between various impersonations and eventually resorting to using my personal information. They replicated my page precisely and began direct messaging individuals in an effort to defraud them. After numerous reports from people I know, the impostor moved on to a new target, only for my authentic page (simply.armoni) to be unexpectedly taken down the following day. I have encountered multiple challenges when utilizing this platform, and I simply want to be able to conduct my business peacefully. I kindly request assistance in reactivating my account, as it serves as my primary source of income by teaching individuals how to DayTrade. Thank you.

The two email addresses I typically use are [redacted] and [redacted], which are both associated with my Facebook account. Originally, I registered with [redacted] on Instagram but later switched it to [redacted] I have access to both email accounts. My Facebook account is under the name Andi Patriadi, and my Instagram handle is @andipatriadi. I have previously mentioned my issue with regaining access to my Instagram account and feel like the instructions provided to Instagram were unclear. To further explain, I am having difficulty logging into my Instagram account because I have forgotten my password. The account is associated with my old rediffmail account, which I no longer use, as I have switched to using gmail. Whenever I try to reset my password on Instagram, they send the link to my inactive rediffmail account. I have tried other options like using my phone number or logging in with Facebook, but Instagram keeps creating a new account instead of allowing me to access my original one. I urgently need Instagram to send the password reset link to my current gmail account or my linked phone number. My gmail account is [redacted] This process has been frustrating and time-consuming for me as both my personal and business accounts are affected. I am experiencing continuous action blocks on my main account @l.atsarova. The reason for this block is unfollowing many users whom I don't wish to follow. I accept getting temporarily blocked for a few hours, but being blocked for a week seems excessive. I've been accused of sharing my account with a follower-gaining app, but my last download of such an app was a month ago, used solely for unfollowing, not gaining followers. The last time I used an app for followers was 2-3 years ago, not days ago. Despite changing my password numerous times in the last month, the issue persists. Today, while unfollowing people and recording the process, I faced the same block. When switching to my backup account, also free from app logins, it too got blocked for a week. I am adamant on getting this resolved and having the action blocks lifted from both my accounts.

I am consistently facing action blocks on my main account, @l.atsarova. I unfollow multiple users because I prefer not to follow them. I expect a temporary block, but being blocked for a week due to using an app to gain followers is unfair. I did download an app a month ago to unfollow over [redacted] users, not to gain followers. The last time I used a follower app was 2 to 3 years ago, not days ago. I changed my password multiple times in the last month as a precaution. Today, I was blocked again while unfollowing users, despite screen recording the activity. I even switched to my backup account, which was always private and never used by any apps, only to be locked out and action blocked for a week. I will continue to contact support until my issue is resolved and my accounts are unblocked.

Hello Team, I have been trying to contact Instagram through multiple appeals and emails. Despite verifying my identity and submitting a photo with codes containing my name and IG username, I have not had any success. I have been reaching out to Instagram every day for the past 4 months to recover my account, which was disabled wrongfully. A jealous friend reported me after his girlfriend started messaging me, and Instagram disabled my account without any warning or explanation. It's been a few months since I've had no service. I tried to log into my account @bammietheloc on a new device, but it didn't recognize the device and asked for a verification code. The code was sent to the email on my account, but I no longer have access to it. I've tried several times to recover it, but it hasn't allowed me to log in even when submitting the correct password.

Hello, I have encountered an issue with my Instagram account named "Cape Town Parties," which I initially created for my business purposes. Despite prior account removals, he continues to create new ones. The police advised us to reach out to you for assistance in stopping his actions. My account was blocked by Instagram because they claimed I shared my password with a third-party app against their guidelines. However, I did not do this. The issue is Instagram is sending the recovery link to the wrong email address. They have communicated with me before on the correct email, so I don't understand why they can't do it again. I recently adopted a Mini Bernedoodle puppy and discovered that dog accounts are quite popular on Instagram. Excited about sharing my cute puppy, I created an account for her. I suspect my Instagram account has been hacked. Numerous random posts promoting ads started appearing on my page every two hours. After deleting all the ads, I found my account inaccessible, with nothing loading or refreshing. I couldn't search or perform any actions on the app. It's prompting me to "finish setting up my account," despite having it for several years, posting regularly, and having a significant following. I would like to delete my old Instagram account. It's very old, not private, and I want to remove all the pictures and the account if possible. I can't remember the email associated with it because I changed emails, and I don't recall the password to log in. I have a new account, "itsss_marleni," which is active and clearly belongs to the same person, as you can see.
