On January 12, [redacted], I posted a simple photo of myself in a jacket and glasses. However, on January 13, [redacted], my account was disabled without explanation. It has been 63 days since, and despite following all recommended protocols, I have received no clarification or assistance from Instagram. I even reviewed their guidelines and recalled an old photo where I was partially shirtless but cut off at the groin, making no explicit content visible. It is baffling that my account was disabled for this reason. I have reached out multiple times for reactivation or an explanation but have not received any response. It's been 63 days since then, and despite following all the recommended steps, I have received no explanation or updates from Instagram. I've submitted requests for assistance, followed the verification procedures twice, and sent numerous messages asking for reactivation or clarification. While I suspect it might have been due to an old photo of me shirtless from years ago, which is not visible in full, I find it hard to believe this led to the account being disabled. Hello dear Instagram Team! It seems that my Instagram account "hauptmannnancy" has been hacked, along with the email address and password associated with it being changed. As a result, I am unable to log into my Instagram account. I have tried several times and also sought help from your user assistance website, but unfortunately, without success. Therefore, I see no other option but to reach out to you directly for help. Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account and received a request to verify my identity through an unfamiliar email address. This is concerning as I fear my account may have been compromised. My Instagram account is very important to me, especially now with social distancing measures in place. To complicate matters, I no longer have access to the Yahoo email I used to create the account, and my phone number was not recognized when I tried to log in. My Facebook account was hacked today and is now completely blocked, as well as my Instagram account. My Instagram account (@paulap.crafts) was crucial for my business. These accounts are connected to my business page and bank accounts. I've contacted Facebook support regarding this issue. Dear Facebook Support, I need a detailed explanation of the current situation. It seems my account was hacked overnight. After receiving a message to change my password due to someone trying to access my account, I complied. However, when I woke up, both my FB and Instagram were blocked. As I did not use them during this time, I am sure I did not violate any community guidelines. Losing access to these accounts, which are vital for my business, is distressing. Resolving this should be straightforward: verify my identity, confirm the breach, remove any unauthorized activity, restore access, and allow me to set up stronger security measures. My Instagram account, schelandcxv, has been unexpectedly blocked without clear reasons provided. I have tried contacting both Instagram and Facebook for assistance, but it seems like they are directing me back and forth without resolving the issue. I strongly believe I have not violated any terms, and if I did, I deserve to know what mistake I made. It is frustrating to be left without answers and be unable to regain access to my account after months of trying to communicate the problem. The responses from Instagram and Facebook directing me to general help resources have not been helpful at all. I am eager to have my account reinstated promptly as I am certain of my innocence in this matter.

I believe my account may have been flagged or banned due to what Instagram may have perceived as excessive activity, particularly the number of likes I have provided. I want to clarify that all likes were genuine and individually selected, not randomly distributed. I enjoy engaging with art on the platform and would like to continue doing so. I had an Instagram account with the username "surabhi_0403" which has been disabled recently. I am unsure of the policies I might have violated to cause this. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to restore my account, which is distressing since I have lost many photos, followers, and pages I followed. A video sent by a friend violated the terms, and I acknowledge the error. I apologize for this breach and assure you that it won't happen again. I’ve been locked out of my Instagram account “Talentloes” because Instagram is verifying my identity. Unfortunately, I mistakenly used the wrong email address when setting up my account and did not correct it due to managing multiple accounts. The verification code is being sent to “[redacted]” instead of my old email “[redacted]” which is now deleted by mail.com. My account was usually accessed through Facebook, so this has not been an issue before. I am facing a dilemma as I am unable to access the verification code to prove my identity. I am eager to regain access to my account and willing to take any necessary steps to do so. I seek guidance on how to proceed without the correct email linked. Contacting Instagram directly is a challenge due to the lack of email support and my hesitation to call them from Europe.

Hi, I apologize for the inconvenience. I understand things are hectic lately. I am experiencing difficulties when trying to report content on Instagram. It repeatedly indicates that the content does not violate their guidelines, even though it does. I believe there are several hateful accounts that should be removed to prevent the spread of negativity. It is concerning to see people spending their time spreading hate. While I could simply ignore it, I believe action should be taken. Instagram should consider removing these hate accounts and implementing measures to prevent hate speech. Addressing this issue will significantly improve the platform's environment. Thank you.

There is a man who is pretending to be my deceased brother on Instagram. He has created three different accounts: 1. Tataricanboy 2. Tataricaboy13456 3. Rico83esteban Please note that he is not Esteban Lionel Fernandez, not in the Army, or at West Point. He is using all photos of my brother, which is very distressing and harmful to our family. He is scamming women for money by pretending to be my brother who was at West Point Academy. We received a phone call confirming this on Friday, March 21, [redacted]. It's important to monitor and ban this imposter. If needed, I can provide pictures via email. Please keep this information confidential as I am concerned about potential hacking. Hello, On February 23, [redacted], I temporarily disabled my Instagram account under the username "the_travolver". With over 11k followers and about [redacted] posts, the account contained important memories and conversations with contacts that I only had on Instagram. Upon attempting to reactivate my account, I receive an error message stating "no user found". I am certain I disabled it temporarily and did not delete it permanently. This situation has left me very distressed. The account is linked to the same email address used to send this message and the phone number listed. Hello, My account @myname.ronja was hacked. I suddenly couldn't access this account anymore because the password was changed (about 3 days ago). I didn't think much of it. Just now, someone messaged me through my old account (@myname.ronja). He/she sent me a picture of a friend without saying anything. There are VERY private things on this account, including phone numbers and addresses. The person behind this is writing in a very strange way. I can't reset my password; NOTHING is working... Can you please help me? My current account: @ronja.myname (just reversed).

I have been continuously receiving unwanted direct messages on Instagram with inappropriate content from various unknown accounts. These messages often contain explicit language and solicit sexual activities. Despite blocking the accounts, new ones continue to send similar messages. I found links in their profiles leading to explicit content. This has been happening since I joined Instagram in [redacted] and has resumed in the summer of [redacted]. I am a teenager and find it disturbing that individuals are sending sexual messages to minors. I have reported these accounts to Instagram, but their reporting options do not specifically address online prostitution or unwanted sexual messages. I am unsure if there is a way to prevent these accounts from contacting me, possibly by tracking them through phone numbers. I am seeking help to stop receiving these messages altogether.
